Do you have a minimum order?
No. However, the more you order the cheaper per item they become.
How long does the entire process usually take?
On average 7 to 10 business days (which does not include holidays or weekends) after the artwork has been approved by you and our art department. This will give us time to order ink/paint, shirts and screens if needed. But we understand deadlines. Let us know what situation you are in and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.
Do you do rush orders?
Absolutely. Let us know your situation and we can accommodate your needs. Rush charges may apply. Contact us to find out the details.
What kinds of Digital files do you accept?
The best is vector based artwork. PDF. EPS. AI. With the fonts turned to outlines. We can also print from high resolution (300dpi) raster artwork. Tiff, EPS, PSD. If there are more than one color please save as a PSD with each color in its own layer. Feel free to ask our trained artists any questions you may have as there are many answers to this question. The above mentioned are only the preferred formats.
Be sure to send us the highest resolution and largest size of their image (300 DPI or larger). The better the artwork you send the better the shirts will look. Designs saved as vector art are best of all.
What ink colors can I pick from?
Please contact us directly for color selection. We will work with you to get the best design for the least cost.
If I get a large number of shirts can I put different designs on them?
Yes no trouble at all, but pricing is according to how many shirts you print of each design.
Can you mix and match different styles and garment colors within their order?
Yes, as long as the image being printed and the ink colors being used are the same for all the items within your order you can mix and match as much as you like. If the design is the same but we need to change ink colors there will be a $10 charge per ink color being changed, the screen(s) will have to be taken off, cleaned and realigned to the printing palette.
Can I get different shirt sizes with my order?
Absolutely. You can get whatever size breakdown you would like.
XL AND ABOVE are a $1.00 more for Tshirts and $2.50 more for hoodies and long sleeves. Garment costs are not included in the price chart above.
What shirt colors can I pick from?
You will be able to order the specific brand shirt you like, any additional charges will be explained and included in the price quote. One of the most popular Tshirt garments is the Gildan G500.
