On Election Day, November 3rd 2020, volunteers cooked and fed hundreds of people (voters, people working the polls, neighbors, etc,). We also had a coat and blanket give-away and lots and lots of people will be warmer this winter as a result. We also interviewed people and asked them about the election and their hopes and dreams for the next administration. People of all walks of life were interviewed, our Councilwoman Maria Quinones Sanchez, Enonlinda, a grandmother, Tony a volunteer, and even a Judge of Elections. It was a great day for WKM to be at the crossroads of faith and civic engagement.
